Don't mess with Texas mortgage rates

Not unlike countrywide mortgage rates nationwide, the current Texas mortgage rates are still surprisingly low. If you're in the market for a Texas mortgage, acting now would be a wise decision. Why someone would ever consider moving to that flat, barren, God-forsaken wasteland full of drunken hillbillies and egomaniacal oil tycoons is beyond me, but that's not for me to say. After all, I'm just a content writer for an Internet marketing company. Don't listen to me. See for yourself, though - Texas mortgage rates are incredible.

Low, low interest, little or no money down - the Texas mortgage market has never seen a boom like this. Texans and would-be-Texans alike are taking advantage of this real estate trend and everyone is trying to secure the best mortgage before it's too late. Which it might be by now, actually. There's probably no available land left in Texas.

If all else fails, Florida mortgage rates are low, too.
